Caiti Carpenter

Caiti was born and raised in Iowa. She graduated college from the University of Colorado, Boulder with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She then attended at Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in Washington, D.C. There, Caiti became certified to practice as a student attorney in both D.C. Superior Court and Prince George’s County District Court in Upper Marlboro, MD. As a student attorney, Caiti represented low income clients with child support and custody matters in D.C. Superior Court as a member of the General Practice Clinic of Columbus Community Legal Services.

Additionally, Caiti worked as a student attorney in both the Domestic Violence and Drug Units of the Office of the State’s Attorney in Prince George’s County District Court. While working in these units, she gained significant experience with the prosecution side of criminal law, often running the domestic violence docket as well as occasionally running the drug docket. In her practice, Caiti successfully litigated and tried domestic violence cases.

In May 2014, Caiti graduated at the top of her class from Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. Caiti works as an attorney at the Quatman and Quatman PC (as she awaits her bar results in Montana) and helps the attorneys defend their clients in criminal matters and represent their clients in civil matters. Upon admission from the Montana Bar, Caiti will be licensed to practice in all courts in Montana.
